purchase on credit card & section 75

I've posted this in the credit cards section already but don't know if this is the more appropriate forum, so apolgies for the repost.

I was going to buy an ex display kitchen and pay by credit card.

I wouldn't want the kitchen delivered for another 6 weeks as there's no space to store it.

The company selling it have agreed to keep it in their storeroom, but say if it is damaged due to fire, storms etc. I will need insurance to cover this.

I don't know how I can do this because it's being stored on their premises, not mine.

I was wondering if there was a problem, could I claim against the credit card company? I don't think I could because the terms of the purchase would be that the kitchens insurance is my resposibility after it is paid for. Or are those terms in breach of statutory rights, so I would be covered?
