Romantic night away suggestions needed

Hi all,
I'm looking for suggestions for a romantic night away in mid-October. We're based in Wiltshire and are looking for a one-night break in a romantic setting not too far from home (and not too close either) that won't break the bank. Time wise we can only spare one night, and money wise we need it as cheap as possible!!
Ideally I'd love a country escape, not a city/town break. I love the idea of log cabins in the woods but all the ones I've seen don't offer 1-night breaks and a weekend will take us over budget. I'd be happy with a nice country hotel if I can find one reasonable enough or a room at a country pub providing it's not too basic...
Any recommendations?!

Hi
I can suggest some country pubs that do lovely B&B.
The Lugger Inn in Chickerell near Weymouth, Dorset is a 3 star B&B and some of the rooms have large spa baths.
The Haymaker in Wadeford near Chard in Somerset is a 4 star B&B (unfortunately it does not have a website) nice rooms, great food. If you do a google search it will offer some hotel booking sites although we usually call the inn direct you can always get a good rate.
Have a lovely time wherever you go.0 -
Not been lucky enough to try any of these and not sure if they would be too far away...............

There are lots of these posh (and warm!!!!) campsites cropping up so if you like the basic idea, have a play on google and, even if they say book by the week, if the things are standing empty, they may accept a one night booking.
Whatever you do have a lovely time.0
