Bozita cat food - free sample?

Does anyone know where you can get a free sample of Bozita cat food? Would like to test it first!
Thanks :-)

  • You could have a look on their website and maybe be cheek and email them direct for a sample, you never know it could work especially as it isn't a cheap cat food and it isn't available everywhere.

I think the wet food is actually very cheap for the quality as most flavours are over 90% meat (4% of the main flavour ie crayfish and the rest is chicken and pork). One carton is 370g and the average price of a single carton is £1 - less if you buy the multi-packs.

A sachet of Felix (100g) is 28p from a multipack at Tesco's whereas 100g of Bozita at the average single carton price is just 27p.

I don't know of any free samples but you can buy individual cartons from RL pet products (min order of 6) so you could try one of each flavour.

  • It is pretty cheap according to the feeding guidelines.
They have something like 17 flavours! I ordered a pack of 16 from a seller on ebay (mbsmylee) but there was a 5.99 delivery charge (next day courier though) - i bought a huge bag of litter at the same time to make the charge more worth it.
Our cats absolutely love them, but my nose doesn't and their litter tray smells a lot more since theyve been eating it. One cat has had some quite soft poo, nasty and her bum smells for ages after (ew, sorry). I suspect that it is only some of the flavours causing the problem but I haven't the money or patience to work out which ones! I have heard others havign the same problems so definitely just buy a few packs to try. (and if you live near me - surrey - you can have a couple of packs for free).
I am going back to Purely once I've used up the packs. Shame, as there's so much variety and the cats love it. Also I find it hard to believe that the bozita chunks in jelly have more % meat in than the purely cans which are literally chunks of fish in jelly, bones and all. The bozita looks more like whiskas, its hard to believe its 93% meat. (I do believe it, btw, its just the way its processed, I would think they would want it to look more like "proper" meat).
  • IMO the tins are a far superior product to the tetra packs...more of a solid meaty pate and my cats all love it.

I recently read on a pet forum that some branches of Asda now sell a rebranded version of Bozita. I think it is £1 a carton and only one flavour, but it is called toplife. If you can get to an asda and they stock it that could be worth a try.

mine like both but the tins are cheaper. Note: in the long run either work out better moneysaving & so they don't need to offer free samples. The better/higher quality the food the healthier your pets in the long & short run.:T
