    I wouldn't necessarily assume it was an ATM charge. It could be that the 1.15 exchange rate quoted on the statement is truncated to 2 decimal places. Was there a time difference between the two withdrawals?
    I have noticed that the online statements (I haven't seen a printed one yet) only show the exchange rates to two decimal places. It's good enough for most purposes, but not too helpful if you are trying to make comparisons.
