I've seen fake Ralph Lauren shirts for sale in charity shops... the shop don't seem to know they're fake and want £30 for them.I shot a vein in my neck and coughed up a Quaalude.

Hi,
I bought a Franklin and Marshall hoodie from Ebay a while back, that was a blatant fake. I emailled the seller, who admitted it was a copy, but said it was the best copy I'd get for the money, but if I returned it, he would refund me. I wouldn't pay to return it, as I didn't see why I should be out of pocket, so I opened a case with Paypal. I attached his email where he stated it was fake, but that wasn't enough for them, I had to take it to a shop and get a letter stating it was a copy. Luckily my friend works in a shop that is an authorised stockist, so that wasn't too difficult. Paypal, then refunded me and told me to destroy the top. The seller continued to sell these.
The seller became very angry that he didn't receive the top back and sent several very aggresive emails, swearing and threatening. Luckily I'd had it sent to my work address, so I wasn't too worried. I reported the abuse to ebay and only then did they stop him selling.
They don't seem too bothered that their website is full of couterfeits.0
