HB when changing from JSA to MA

Hi there,
We have been receiving HB at £80.10 per week our rent is £103.00. We have had a joint JSA claim (£90.10 per week) up until yesterday when I went onto maternity leave at the rate of £108.00 per week. My partner has started full time education so his JSA finished yesterday too and even if he had not went into education I beleive it would have finished anyway as I am receiving £108.00 per week?
Now my question is do I need to inform the HB and CT benefit department that things have changed, will I get more or less HB. I asked at the job centre and they seemed to think I would get more HB as MA is a different kind of benefit, she also seemed to think they would let them know, but it might be worth calling anyway!
I have been on hold to the HB dept on a 0845 number for 23 minutes now and was wondering if anyone could offer any advice on wether I actually need to speak to them and if so what the outcome might be.
Thanks
