Hi
Does anyone know if Housing Benefit take into account the £40 Back to Work credit which is payable for the first year of a return to work after being on certain benefits for a time?
I've got a feeling it is disregarded, but not sure.

It is disregarded, It has no impact on HB at all.

Yep it's disregarded.
It's doesn't take long to start coming through either, I signed of IS on the 26th Aug and got my first payment today.0 -
