Coventry BS recent problems

Coventry BS are usually very good.

But recently I do not see them acting well:
a) a couple of months ago they forgot to follow my maturity instructions on a bond and only sent my money when I queried for it for the second time a few days later.

b) Few days ago an ebond I had with them expired (31/8/2010). I had no proposals for maturity renewals from them and I thought the ebond would expire with money deposited back to my linked account (ir at worst in the Coventry First). But the ebond seems to be still alive on the internet banking system now 7 days after its expire... (what interest will it be getting?). I queried them how to get my money back, but they still do not respond!

c) The website is not working for me in most functions (this only for the last couple of weeks; it was working earlier). For example I cannot see the accounts in the summary page, the details etc. I can login/out but it is not easy even to check the basic information now...
I tried with many different browsers (inc. IE, Opera etc). Is anyone experiencing problems with this site?

In summary I am disappointed by the COventry BS, which was exceptionally good up to a few months ago.. but now is getting really annoying!

    I had similar problems and I used there telephone system to contact them,they apologized for the lack of response on there internet system and carried out my request instantly.
    Luckily I had kept the pin number they had sent for their telephone banking system.
