Will Boots exchange nappies from online order?

I got 2 x size 2 huggies and 2 x size 3 huggies. The size 2 are up to 13lb. I bought them for my SIL but she has just had a 11lb baby, so I think I might be better changing the size 2 for more size 3. It was a boots.com order that I collected in store. Do you think I will be able to do a straight swap in store? (got them on offer online so dont want a refund/repurchase).
On another note, I now have to return all the newborn clothes I got for him

It's certainly worth asking; I don't know whether they CAN, considering it's an online order, but if you explain why (!) there's always a chance that they will. They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.

Hey! It shouldn't be a problem, is the same offer not available in store? If so you could refund them and buy the size you wanted.
Or don't say they were an online order, go in having lost your reciept and they should be happy to exchange them for you. That way you'll be getting the next size up nappies regardless of if there is an offer on as its a straight exchange

I wouldnt mention that you bought them online just go in the store and say you picked up the wrong size and can you swap them. They should be happy to just exchange them even without a receipt :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0
