Hi flashman1000 - At last n'power have woken up to your problem, though on this company's track record it may have something to do with 4 days of negative publicity.
It would be of great service to other customers in the future who have this problem, and as sure as god made little green apples there will be some, if you posted the details and final settlement figure that n'power come up with

**Update**
I have spoken to the stage two complaints team who have offered £75. Which I have again rejected.
I have also replied to the post from the Npower Company rep but as yet have heard nothing.
I have spoken to a rep from Law Express who has agreed that the compensation offered seems very low. They have recommended a local firm of solicitors and I will engage them next week.
