Laptop insurance

Can anyone recommend a good insurance company who deal with laptops? I have had mine just short of 1 year and the insurance is up soon. It came with insurance from Mastercare but i have just read some comments about the Mastercare company and dont like what i read. Nobody has a good word to say about the service or the company. Can anyone advise please ??

You may have cover on your home contents insurance for loss or damage inside your home. If you have a personal possesions cover you may also be cover for incidents away from the home. Check your policy.

If you are looking for a warranty / guarantee / repair service (which seems to be what Mastercare are offering) your home insurance generally won't cover this.

Scarlett's right that home insurance is for perils like fire, flood, theft and sometimes loss or accidental damage (depending on which options you take on your insurance).
