3. Entries can only be made by completing the form at https://www.inycon-growers.com.
4. Competition closes on 31.12.10. The draw will take place on 07.01.11 and the winner will be drawn at random.
5. The winner will be contacted by email within 48 hours by the Inycon team to arrange all the details. The winner must confirm whether he or she wishes to claim the prize within 1 week of receiving notification. If the winner fails to do so, the winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant.
6. There are 4 prizes available and they must be taken between 24.01.11-30.06.11. They are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
8. The winners may be required to participate in associated publicity.
9. The winners will win a trip to Menfi, Sicily for 2 people including: 2 return flights from London Stansted to Palermo or Trapani, 2 nights hotel accommodation half board and car hire. Travel to and from London Stansted and travel insurance is not included.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at their discretion, if circumstances make this unavoidable.
11. By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
12. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in participating in this promotion.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any claims that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
14. A participant's personal data will only be held for the purpose of sending the prize and shall not be used for any other purpose whatsoever without their prior consent.
