    I've never said I don't think clear disclosure is a good thing ... I've just pointed out that it's not quite as easy as some suggest. It's not very helpful to put people off using machines which WOULD be free for them, with signs with useless wording like "you MIGHT be charged £1.50 for using this machine".

    On a somewhat more positive note, I have noticed that where Tesco Metro have taken over One Stop Shops, the ATMs there, I think they are A&L, which used to charge are now free. I think this is a nationwide Tesco policy.
    Marks and Spencer often have a free atm provided by nationwide inside as well.
