Hello all , need some clarification on something if possible.
If house is repossesed during bankruptcy , and bank sells it after you after been discharged and there is a shortfall , can the bank still pursue you for this shortfall ?
Does the same apply if house is reposessed after being discharged.
Many thanks

As long as you have not signed anything after you went BR about the shorfall, you will be OK, any shortfall will then automatically be included in your BR.:pB&SC No. 298
