Hi
Has anyone ever tried using a leather repair kit,on a chair?
I have a cream leather arm chair, that has lots of small scratches on (it looks like it could have been made ,with the studs off the back pockets on jeans?) but unfortunately two scratches have now become holes .
Two different companies have given me quotes ,one a ridiculous amount of nearly £700 and another £100 plus vat.
So I was thinking of using a repair kit around £30-£40 ,but cant quite convince my self that I will beable to use it (matching the colour could also be a problem ,as I think you have to mix them ?
I would really like anyones experiences are they any good or not??
many thanks
Dawn

I tried one once and it had some powdery stuff and a patch but just couldn't see how it would work but if your successful let me know. Ours still has a tear but I now just put a cushion on it when my bottom isn't lolSmile though your bank is breaking:)0
