A few weeks ago i bought some items from a seller on ebay
to cut a long story short they stiffed me no item recieved and no refund
i went through the normal route with pay pal and they could not get me my money back as he was no longer registered blah blah.
well finding myself at a loose end tonight i trawled the net trying to find anything he had posted on forums and guess what i found the little !!!!er
so i joined the forum he is on and replied to some of his threads by telling all on the forum just how much of a little !!!!!! he really is
so my question is
was i correct to do that or should i just forget all about it

I guess you've seen the last of your money I reckon you've paid for the satisfaction of flaming him on a forum ....so long as you found the right person of course

I'd be rather concerned as he would have your name and address.

Like the others have said I would not have done this purely because I would be afraid of retaliation.
I picked up a stalker once, probably from being outspoken on sites like this, and that was a nightmare, so I am very very cautious now.

Was it a forum full of ebayers, or something more obscure?
If it was a stamp-collecting forum, you may have wasted your energy

Why not, you paid for an item and never receieved. You probably stopped others being ripped off by this person. You should feel good not bad.0

ASSUMING you definately got the right person... this is a personal dispute between two people, and to take this up in a forum not associated to the original transaction is out of order. It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0 -
