They should. But some will try to wriggle out of it.

It's clearly marked on the blue boards behind (them) customer service - if they argue just refer them to their own policy as per the board!

Got my daughter little pre-walker booties for £1.25 yesterday from their Baby Boutique range, strangely enough the tag says it's F&F Baby and on the sole of the shoes there is Baby Boutique logo. They are nice, mild purple colour with sown in socks. Original price tag says £4, with discount label on it for £2, when scanned came up as £1.25. Will try to post a pic if can. Hope this helps someone.
PS. also got loads of 25-99 p baby clothing back in sep 2010, they had 1-2 day sales i think. keeping my eye on those clearance lines since then...;)

Got my first ever 1p finds today when in trying to get reduced waterbutts (not reduced in my store unfortunately still £24.95) woohooo

double pack of solar markers (outdoor solar lights, think these were about £8 last year), but the two remaining packs on the reduced isles were 1p each, also got a watering can for 1p, all thanks to a lovely staff member wh was more than happy to price check everything on the shelf, he said he was so pleased to see someone getting a bargain for a change lol

Just wanted to add...although it's not 1p, I got the Head and shoulders for 32p (250 ml, barcode ending 065).

I found the larger H&S Citrus shampoo 400ml was 95p but couldn't find any small 32p ones.

Thanks very much for this. Just got 4 Cool Menthol H&S 250ml bottles for 32p (shelf price - £2.50)
