Hiya - Please don't shoot me down as this isn't T related but is related to the jugits
I noticed today that sainsburys do milk bags which come in skimmed and full fat as well as semi (I presume these would fit the jug??) as I remember someone was asking about different varieties earlier in the thread.
TBH I think they're a bit expensive at 85p for 2 pints (or 3 for £2) as we usually get the 3 x 4 pints of £3 but then we do go through a lot of tea and coffee and therefore milk so its worth us buying loads at a time but could be useful for those who buy less and want to use a jugit to reduce waste"You've got to cut your cloth to suit your wassname" Terry (my Dad), 1944-present0 -
I think the posting of specific stores scanners is a bit of a waste of time to the majority, if you want to know where a scanner is when instore just ask a member of staff!
When I asked instore they did actually manage to direct me to one but right over the other side of the store, whereas I've since discovered there's another one right round the corner from where I was when I asked them - dunno if they were just being thick or playing silly bugg*rs with me!"You've got to cut your cloth to suit your wassname" Terry (my Dad), 1944-present0 -
managed a quick shop to T's only had a very limited amount of time so grabbed 2 doves, used up my last 2 coupons, harpic baking soda one scanned full price, didn't try the dinner set as didn't have time but would have loved to.
However, did notice whilst walking past CS that there was no DTD banner/display/notice, is this common in some Tescos? Does it mean that they will not DTD, had a really hard time at this store with the print DTD vouchers, so am a bit weary of doing in store DTD here. Has anyone got any pics of what the DTD message looks like?

It is a BIG BLUE BOARD behind CS desk.
Right at the bottom it will say "things don't add up? Then we will refund double the difference if you have been overcharged" (or something similar!):A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

The ones in my stores were removed at same time dtd with asda ended but they still do dtd (when they feel like it and if you ask)Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.0 -
Yesterday I got
2 more pairs of superdad socks - 25p each
1 triple pack box of mens socks - £1
1 box of mens socks & trunks - £1.25
nappy bags (300) - 27p
2 x Belgian choc puds -87p each
keep checking for these things folks as there have been none of the nappy bags or choc puds in my store for over a week and the socks & trunks definately weren't there the day before.Handle every stressful situation like a dog.
If you can't eat it or play with it ....... just pee on it and walk away.0
