got trouted with 3 different troutisms today with the doves .....
not once.....
not twice.....

1st store,

got 6 doves with some bits and peices SA put them through no problem, went back in to try my luck with 4 more on basket counter (SA looked a little dim) but obviously wasn't that dim as she asked a manager over:eek::eek::eek::eek: he came over. I whispered under breath "oh !!!!!!:mad:" and nearly wet myself when I realised it was the same guy that had refused my dove coupons last week. He smirked at me with a knowing smile recognising me from the other day and said "I told you you can't use internet coupons unless they safe coupons on them". I just replied "sorry other managers have told me different" and cancelled the items and paid for the rest of the shopping. Sweating on the outside, pooing my pants on the inside!

2nd store

bought 8 doves and a couple of other bits, SA took coupons to have a conflab with 3 managers, came back and i said "i'm in a hurry (had to get kids from school) can i use them or not", she said "yes" THEN decided "but i'm only going to let you use 7 because otheriwse you'll get your shopping for almost nothing " bill would have come to 10p LOL!! I asked which manager had told her that because I had bought 8 and should be allowed to use 8 if the store were accepting them , she bypassed the question and said "well we've seen you using them before":eek::eek::eek: oops!!! I was sooo late for school and £1.10 for the whole shop was a bargain anyway so paid and legged it:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:as fast as I could.Better than her not accepting any:D

3rd store

a bit nervous now:o but went in to check out the reported gardening glitch-nothing doing there so thought i'd get a couple of doves:p
tried 2 doves with another item on SS counter, blooming till flagged up authorisation required so SA came over and decided as they were £1 and bogof (which she couldn't get her head round) I was only allowed to use one coupon!!!. Couldn't believe what I was hearing!!! :rotfl:

I am soo not getting any more doves EVER!!!!!! from T's

I haven't found any 1p things but I am so very happy with my stash of 20p pasta sauces, 40p washing up liquids, 40p tampons. So thank you everyone who posts on here.

I finally got to use all 6 coupons with 6 doves's in the smaller metro, SA seamed quite impressed, wish I had gone there earlier.

Had to promise OH that I will not buy anymore Dove Deoderant, I promised this the other day to but tried to explain to him today that I HAD to get some today to save money :rotfl: He thinks 48 is enough :eek: what do you think
