Went to a couple of Mr T's today, found the strawberry and cream tart for 50p for the first time in Mansfield (Oak tree lane), There is no scanner so picked up just two up and there was still a few left.
Stocked up on the Pasta sauce, again this one is a first for us but it has good shelf life.
I thought I found a lonely mouse in Top Valley but it was a reddish colour, I scanned it and it was £8.75 so although not a bad price, not good enough for me to justify getting it:)
Seemed to be a shortage of the dove 'finish' deodorant but the coupons went through for the other flavours, actually we handed over 3 vouchers for just two cans by accident and the three went through so that was a bonus. (note Mr T's 2 4 1 offer on these ends on Tuesday)
Other coupon items that work out free or nearly free such as Lenor and fairy liquid.
All in all not a bad day.0 -
WWWWoooooooo hoooo!!! i got my first ever bargains today!!!!!! - 6 Harpics from Brownhillls, and 4 chilli nuts from Walsall Extra.... there were plenty of both left as i only took what i needed..... no sign of the larger sized Black Magic boxes of Chocs.., there were some fathers day Toblerones, but not reduced yet either, but defo one to watch i recon....

I hope so.
Not sure if I count as part of the 'community' proper yet as I haven't found any amazing bargains yet - no scrap that... the 20p pasta sauce is fab - I keep buying a jar or two every time I'm in storebut I feel like we've become some underground guerilla movement since the threads been moved
:D
I did manage to get my shop in Mr T down from £50 to £40 (incl 2 x single airbeds which are 1/2 price at £7.50 atm) thanks to the use of vouchers...so I'm learning.
Also have a number of the (dare I mention the word..) Dove vouchers so will use those (prefer roll ons to sprays so got one at 73p and will keep my eye out for future deals)
If I find anything bargainlicious I promise to post it on here asap :AFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
