I don't understand why you'd complain though? It's not about making them aware of the item and cost, the issue is that they can refuse ANY sale for ANY reason, so it's a waste of time complaining, surely?

It was just how rude he was about it, manners don't cost a thing, that's the reason I complained, I can look for mice in other stores with SS but I don't like being spoken to like a criminal.
I understand that they can refuse any sale, but the customer services manager should have some diplomacy surely?

no you don't have to keep reprinting the same voucher, you can generate new ones by using fictitious names and email addresses-
oops meant the dogs/cats/goldfishes names and email addresses IYSM, you don't have to fill the rest of the form in for it to accept just name and email address-it generates a unique coupon each time

It's not the same voucher though, the barcode's different every time. At least I think it is...

Anyone else confirm?

I'm certainly not photocopying, just printing through the site with feasible yet utterly preposterous names and email addresses.

I completely agree but I think I would have let it go that time. But I'm not the Penny Police, so I'm not going to chastise you for doing it!
