Good for you, neither would I and neither should any shoppers. In fact my oh dreads shopping with me in case it happens.. It won't be any trout, team or section leader, I will be shouting for 'the mutt's nuts' . It will be store manager level and if he/she cannot give a satisfactory explanation why 1p items are on the shop floor for sale, and they are refusing to sell them, I will be firing off the appropriate complaints.

I'd be delighted to find them at 99p, in all honesty they are worth 99p. I have only found them at £5 and they scan at £5. Must be store specific and I'll keep trying.

Belgian chocs at Failsworth Manchester
SEL £5 scanned at £5 no wonder there was loads left
No corn, no other chocs
Didnt check the harpics but none left the day before

Found some roses today for the first time:j

Somebody beat me to the Roses in Carmarthen branch today! Just empty trays! Did have a sticker yesterday saying they would be back in stock today but I didnt got till lunchtime! Oh well off to a different Tesco may have some luck there! On the plus side I used loadsa coupons and multi=buys to get a £41.31 shop for £9.43! Also got overcharged so got DTD of £3.66! Not a bad day!

Recently moved and my nearest Tesco is over half an hour away so haven't been able to get any 1p items but was passing Peterborough Extra today so popped in and low n behold there sat 18 boxes of Roses, took them to self scan but till came up Item Not Recognised please wait for assistance then SA came and told me to go to basket till and they would help me which i did, she scanned one and then told previous SA that it said EPW (whatever that means) and he asked if i knew how much they were - i said the SEL said £1.32 but all other stores had been selling them for 1p to which he said he would need to get his manager (and i quote) "but i'm sure we can do a deal with you"!!! Manager came along and then advised they could not sell them to me as they were EPW - I advised that if they couldnt sell them to me why were they on the shelf and he had no reply, so i asked if he would then be selling them to staff to which he again did not reply.
If anyone is passing this store there was a brand new unopened box sitting on the top shelf so might be worth another go if the shelf has been restocked :-(((
