Am sat in casualty with a burnt arm
Dropped hot tea from a flask on it while rushing out to DS's sports day
Can't move my arm , it hurts too much, so won't be driving orracibv to tesco umpteen times a day for a few days
I think it's a message from up above that I need to slow down lol!

Back from shops thou not made it to Tesco, LO not napping this afternoon, he's STILL awake in his cot fighting sleep...grrrr

Thats awful, I did the same but on my leg last year it is really painful. I was living in New Zealand at the time and the doctor there put this cream on that contained silver in it and it was wonderful, instant relief. Its not something you could buy over the counter there but might be worth looking into here?0 -

Embarrassing but I am actually medically trained!
When it happened I just covered it up with a dry dressing and got in the car , all I could think of was how late I was for sports day!
Then realized my arm was so painful I couldn't move the gearstick of my car , burst into tears and called my sister! SHE had to come and bring HER emergency burns kit which I had given her as a pressie-frebie from a drug rep. I am normally level headed in medical emergencies-when it's not me!!
Missed 2 out of 3 of my little boy's races and forgot my iPhone/camera at home.GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
