1p finds at Tesco thread

Price checkers not working in my local (bracknell) says see staff member, not even a space where the roses should be on the shelf, I hate my T searched for ages and nothing found

my nearest is tescos sandhurst the meadows and they seem to be top of everything.. found no 1p things but did dig deep in the shelf and get a strawberry tarte for 50p.. whoop whoop and checked for the rim block but nothing on the shelf but looked up and saw 6 on the top so managed to buy them.. yay...

Just got back from Tesco & got the last six boxes of Roses (SEL £1.32). (No after eights or truffles). Went to the checkout and was pleasantly surprised when the man at the till said "These are a good buy ain't they" as he scanned them...... I was very tempted to go back in and have a look at all the metal trolleys full of stock down the sweet aisle to see if any more were waiting to go out....... think I might need to make another trip tomorrow

Yes, there is a "cancel items" at bottom of screen.

no roses left at Alfreton and only 2 aftereights, which i only found after rummaging!! lol

On a plus side called in to Codnor express and they have loads of the sweet chilli peanuts,

only had 4 myself so plenty left if there's anyone else on here from this area

Found some Thorntons in Coventry last night, had 3 boxes to see what they went through as but got stopped by the security guard who said I couldn't have them, he didn't seem to know why & the manager came around the corner saying they have been discontinued for a reason, more than likely a fault with the chocolates. Gutted, was at least another 10 boxes on the shelf!

However, i've just found 10 boxes of Roses at another store, makes up for it slightly!

Hey guys thank you for all the heads up on the amazing finds...unfortunately haven't any choccies!:mad: Was wondering if anyone's had any luck in the Bristol/Weston Super Mare area, or no luck like me as the case may be?? Thinking of going on a huge round trip to see if I can bag any choccie specials (thorntons, koko+roses) but using all that petrol again would feel like a crime after doing the same thing on Tuesday for Easter goodies and managing the most pittiful haul ever!! did you look on bottom shelf as there was about 4 trays full when i left and i didnt dare get anymore after going in a 2nd time.

trying to watch george clooney perfect storm but can;t stop thinking abut those dam roses - at least i can forget about trekking out again now - kids have been trying to get me to go back again all night.

Spent ages in T today but nothing found.

Although, i was sure i saw the box of Koko truffles but the pennyitems webpage told me i was looking for a bar? So i didn't want to risk it. Also no mention on the Roses on that page yet. But my store had none... i saw mini boxes of other stuff though (Lindt?) for £1.32 so i assume they would have been there, not even a space for them.
I was rummaging at the back of all the shelves in choc aisle too.

Apart from that my stupid phone kept freezing when i was looking at the PDF so got fed up of that too, think i'll just print it off next time.

My store are deffo on top of it all
