OH wanted a day off from tesco today so i suggested we go visit my grandad in liverpool...5 mins from precot tesco its rude not to go in if your passing anyway...good times had by all. on the downside my grandad is getting more visits this year than ever before so probably thinks im hankering after getting my name in his will :rotfl:

I couldn't find the right rim block, I was looking for one that said odour free is that right? What colour is the rimblock or packaging?

Roses in my Tesco had a SEL of 1p but no stock!!:mad:

Still did get a £4 Rocky Road gateau reduced to 25p!

i went to st helens store today, my local store, no roses at all (strangely always out of stock of the cheap/1p items!) no after 8, no rim blocks, and the thornton chocs people are on about are all the new box and ringing up full price :mad::mad::mad: its either mse peeps are getting there before me or tesco staff are going home with bag fulls of bargains! :(

I wouldn't bother!. I have never found a 1p item in there yet and they have peeled all the £15 stickers off the Megablocks.:mad:
The shop is full of trouts and it has the cleanest carpark I have ever seen, hardly a wombled receipt to be found.
Completely off topic, St.Annes is much nicer than Blackpool!!!!:T

st helens is my local too

but like you say there never seems to be many of the 1p items or
even many of the other deals that get posted on here in there :mad:

i find myself more and more going to others stores now.
