Found one box of Thorntons today, there's still a shelf edge for them at £5 so am hoping they'll be stocked up overnight and I can get some more. The mums at my playgroup were very pleased with me!

Hi, someone mentioned that there were price checks in Shettleston, Glasgow. Well, went looking for them yesterday and had no luck. So asked the SS girl if she had any knowledge of them and she said customer service informed they had been removed.
I can't remember who said they had seen these... Does anyone know if they are still there?

    Thanks

I'm so embarrassed. Got my first 1p item today, well nearly! I picked up 2 of the truffles (after searching through the aisles and referring back to the forum). The first one scanned through. The second one beeped on the screen, the assistant came to enter her log in. She noticed the 1p sign on screen and reacted saying 'what 1p?' and walked off with both. I was there for ages. A manager came and took them. The assistant said they were supposed to be taken the back. There was no communication from the manager, no apology from the assistant (especially after keeping me waiting). Everyone just looked on. I then felt obliged to go back and buy a full priced choc. And, noticed the manager taking all the truffles off the shelf. I was red in the face and felt humiliated.

Yes there were underneath all the plant pots in my store! Hope you have some luck today

Yippee we found some, got some in the Llanelli store and cleared them and then to the large store at Cardiff Extra near Heath. Thanks for these Magicowen, we are going to repackage and sell at our local horticultural society.
Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.
