Hi everyone

I will be helping thepearce update the penny items webpage. Am in the process of doing it now so will post when uploaded.

In the meantime, a big thanks to everyone who has been posting new 1p items and other bargains. :T

Just wondering if it might be an idea if you are posting a new item, if it can be done in large type and blue so I don't miss anything? It seems to work on the coupon thread - just wondering if it might work here also

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Found a new 1p item yesterday and bought half a dozen of them:

Dog toys. 'Talking Pig' and 'Talking Cow' (neither of them 'talk', one makes a pig noise and the other a cow noise). In the pet aisle with all the other toys, scanned at 1p each.

Barcodes to follow.

just back from Mr T Cradley heath and they have loads of the Hannah Montana wrapping paper about 20 packs scaning at 5p thought it might help somone.

Hi All, havent been on for a while (husband away, full time job, 2 children and renovations!) but well done, what a great list of 1p items. wont have time to go hunting, but will keep up with the thread and print the wonderful penny item list when i can next go!

Grrr. Just been to 4, yes 4, stores and NO cheap choc or any of the other glitches. I guess stoke on trent has pretty stiff competition for the bargains!
Saying that though, I did pick up plenty of wombled receipts and quite a few with unclaimed clubcard points so not a complete waste of time! ~Im hoping that my recent increase in points will be overlooked due to the point booster promotion, lol! I have over 1500 already which is great for me!

The only customers Tesco want are the ones they can fleece with high prices and bogus offers. No coincidence that when the 5p a litre petrol offer is on their petrol prices go up by 2 to 3p a litre.
