ESA Help Needed

Hi,
That is very good news - congrats!!

You are in a very elite club.

What surprises me is that you had little or no evidence to submit and opted for a 'paper' hearing and yet you managed to win your appeal.

Goodness knows - you must have had a very understanding Tribunal.

Most using that system - not attending to give oral evidence - fail in their appeal.

Even those that have got reams of evidence to back up why the descriptors that were used in your medical were wrong and attend to give verbal evidence and are cross examined on it still fail to convince the Tribunal that the DWP were wrong.

In those cases, like myself, you have to claim JSA and start looking for a job, even though you and all your medical team know that that is impossible.

Anyhow you must have presented a very impressive case with what you did send in.
