Just googling I see that these are not run by Disney in anyway - they are part of Sky hotels & Resorts.
where were these bad reviews?one of the famous 5

i read them from the travel advisor website......really bad reviews......im stressing out0

Dont stress about these things.. you have plenty of time till your holiday.. there are some pretty horrendous reviews but also some there that seem happy with their stay - though you can never tell with tripadvisor.
If it is worrying you that much go back to Thomas Cook and explain to them you want to change your hotel, im sure they will but they may charge you for doing so and then you dont have to stress out anymore.one of the famous 5

Here is an excellent post RE: Trip Advisor from another threadPompeyPete wrote: »Spot-on.
I like TA, but not the hotel reviews section.
Anyone can write a review on TA, whether they've stayed at a hotel or not.
A lot of bad reviews are written by competitors.
A lot of good reviews are written by the hotel's own management.
I will, of course, trust a review if the poster is known, or has made objective contributions on the forum.
I also appreciate that everyone has to be a first poster at some stage. But on TA there are simply too many first posters posting extreme (both good and bad) reviews. Treat them with caution.
If I want advice then I'll use a dedicated Accommodation website such as Travel Republic or Booking.com. Reviews on such sites can only be written by invitation of that website. They know that you've stayed in that accommodation and so likely to write an honest and blanced review.
Have a great holiday!one of the famous 5

please let us know how you get on with thomas cook as i too am staying there the 3 wks prior to you and like you am not too enamoured with the posts.
i had decided just to go with it and see how i get on when i got there but if thomas cook dont chase you away i will be in on your tail0 -
I have stayed in fantastic hotels slated on tripadvisor.
Sometimes there is too much information out there for people.
Trip advisor reviews are bad a lot of time as someone wants to 5* service at 1* costs0 -
Not stayed at enclave suites personally but when I was booking Orlando for march just gone a friend at work advised I steer clear.they had stopped there previously and said very basic and not very clean so maybe the TA reviews are accurate? Anyway I chose quality inn international drive instead and found it to be clean and fresh with easy access to everything in Orlando.0

Hi!
Sorry for this random late reply - not sure if you have decided to change hotel still but thought I would give you my opinion as have just found this thread while looking to book this hotel.
I have stayed at this hotel more than 5 times and have never had a problem. I will admit, this hotel is a little basic but I have always found it to be clean and the staff very pleasant. If there ever was an issue - it was dealt with quickly. (Security frame at one of the theme parks had deactivated my room card. Oops).
I have read the reviews quite a few times and think they must be staying in a different hotel to me sometimes! That or they usually holiday at the ritz. Haha. Most of the reviews are usually from Americans and they seem to expect a lot more for their money.
Basically, you have nothing to worry about in terms of cleanliness with this hotel. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. I hope this helps.0 -
please please do not worry, we stayed there for two weeks over the 4th july holidays and had a brilliant time. We had a two bed apt with private balcony ( which is rare in I-drive ) it's clean and is two minute walk to a brill restaurant called Chilis, it's also near wet n wild and universal studios , there are three towers to this hotel and it has it's own pool.0
