Hi
Both are old, slow obselete models but that's not unusal in the laptop market where technology and product specs change constantly.
As laptops to do the basics, such as school work, email, internet browsing, play music/dvds etc both are capable. They will play games but only on low settings as will others in this price range.
If you are restricted to choosing one or the other of these two, you'd might as well toss a coin as performance wise there won't be much difference.0 -
Ah I see, well there isnt a lot of choice with these grants, Thanks for your reply.0

The machine with the highest specification, the Samsung R519, is 'sold out'. Any other places from which you can purchase?
Perhaps you can contact Misco(Samsung) as they have a 1GB RAM version for £370. See if they are willing to upgrade it to 2GB for within the £400 limit.0
