Blue sceen of death when trying to do image backup

Trying to do new backup to a internally mounted caddy 500 gig drive with 366 gig free first time it worked ok but now it starts but after about 5 mins BSOD and restart below are log details so if anyone can enlighten me I would be grateful

I would suggest checking the event viewer first to see if you can get some further info on the error.
It's more than likely an issue with the hardware configuration or drivers you're using, but you should be able to find out from Errors in the system events coinciding with the times you get problems.

Post any events here if you're still having trouble finding out the issue.
