Tax Credit - Disability Premium Advice

Im asking this advice on behalf of my Mum
She currently gets WTC Of about £24 a week (Disability Premium I think), and works 28hrs a week

We sent off her renewal when it was due etc fine and had a letter today to say they are still reviewing it, and would like details of her 'disability' and were not sure what to put.

She has been on Incapacity or Income Support with disability for years and years as far as I can remember, had long term problems since a few car crashes when I was younger, and always suffered from bad constant headaches and long term depression too.

Were just worried she might not have been able to get these tax credits, when we started claiming it was fine I think, as if you had recieved other disability benefits prior to claiming WTC etc, and always assumed everything is fine

She also had a stroke about 2 years ago, and has been having a lot more headaches lately too (Currently been off work on SSP (I think) for the past 3 months, and hoping to go back slowly in a month)
She wont be able to manage the 30 hours, and might even be looking at doing less, but obv depends on how she feels when she starts going back.

Reading through the notes about what qualifies as a disability, im not sure now more, as it mainly focuses on physical disabilities.
