i have ordered at the start of a year.. 3 clinique creams, they offered a free gift so i went for it... i spent £58 and when everything was delivered no gift was sent. i complained and they said there were sorry but they could not know when the gift was out stock.. annoying cos when i ordered it says gift was subject to avaliability but it did not say out of stock im starting to think that they do not have any gift at all to send.

happened to me b4. ordered estee lauder with free gift but came w/o it. complained to them and all they can do was say sorry...needeless to say, i ended up using it as i was running out. not very happy.
