  • I received my purchase on Saturday last but did not receive the free gift.

I now have an ongoing dispute with Debenhams. My view is - if as they say the free gift is subject to availability and the free gift is not available then it should not be deposited into the checkout basket or I should be informed when they process the order and given the option to cancel my order.

I will be returning the goods purchased if I am not happy with their response.
  • I went into store on Saturday and the sign said you had to spend £35 to qualify for the free gift! May be an error on the web site.
