the 16hr threashold????

hi - i was wondering if anyone is up on this.

i currently work less than 16 hours per week but have just been offered a 16 hours per week contract . i heard somewhere that the rules for working under over now affect you differently....any help or advice as to which way i will benefit more - under or over sixteen hours?

i already recieve this benefit but hours can change to what i want them to be, so not sure if 15 or 16 would be more beneficial....
