BG Websaver 8 duel fuel - still no contact after 5 weeks

Hi

I switched via uswitch to the above tariff with british gas on 27 July.

I still haven't received any paperwork.

Does anyone know if this is the norm with British Gas?

You have applied for an internet account, all correspondence will be via email.
Id suggest you go on the BG site and raise a query, when I've done so I've always had a reply in 24 hours.

Ahh just noticed the USwitch thing, are you sure an order was ever placed?
First suggestion should clear this up.

PS Websaver 8 is no more, they are now on Websaver 9.

Thank you for that info.

Have just e-mailed BG and will await their reply.

I have a confirmation e-mail from Uswitch, hopefully this is enough proof, otherwise I have missed out on what was a good deal at the time with £50 back after 1 year.
