I know it's the sale price, not asking price, that counts but I can't see anyone paying over the asking price.

I've seen with my own eyes prices dropping while they tell me they are rising.
Maybe it's just down to my "methodology" or some other bullsh1t, but I trust my own eyes and I don't listen to liars or thieves.

I wish they were falling round here, son and dil desperate to be able to buy rather than rent. But Ive not noticed any dramatic movement at all since the "crash" was supposed to have begun.0
