house prices continue to drop ....

..........round my way.

Massive reductions in asking prices continue.

I know it's the sale price, not asking price, that counts but I can't see anyone paying over the asking price.

Can you?

Congratulations that's good news (if you want to live in the Vale of Glamorgan). Are the prices there bucking the Halifax and Land Registry stats?

Page 9, VofG stayed at 0 for the month but up 6.4 over the year.

This is a good place to find out how the main authorities that record house prices feel things are going.

    You what?

Do you think I care about what figures those lying thieves publish?

I've seen with my own eyes prices dropping while they tell me they are rising.

Maybe it's just down to my "methodology" or some other bullsh1t, but I trust my own eyes and I don't listen to liars or thieves.

Prices have been falling for a while and continue to do so.

I wish they were falling round here, son and dil desperate to be able to buy rather than rent. But Ive not noticed any dramatic movement at all since the "crash" was supposed to have begun.

Give us a postcode and I'll have a look at Rightmove for you then. Have you heard of Propertybee?
