Please help me! I had a charge on my card from Amazon Prime. How can I reclaim my money back please?

    I signed up for this without realising, and was also charged.

    I emailed and they refunded me straight away.

    Try that.

    Thank you guys. I did emailed Amazon as suggested by Obi167 and they reply that they will refund my card within 2-3 working days. Many thanks:j
