Retractable Cord Jammed - Tefal Steam Iron

Hi Folks,
I have a steam generated iron and the cord has jammed inside.
Does anyone know of an easy remedy to get the cord moving again.
I cant do any iron :eek: I'm horrified but also delighted :rotfl:
It is still under guarantee but I would have to send it away - too much hassle but I would do it if there is no remedy.
Can anyone help a damsel in distress:o

If it's under guarantee I wouldn't mess with it, just send it back.
