hi i am having a problem i am trying to purchase tickets from the wolves website, i can get in to the website however when it comes to selecting the option tickets then buy online it says page can not be displayed i am with aol and it seems my friend is having the same problem. i have also tried accessing this by logging on to ticketoffice@wolves.co.uk but it says it can not be found when i finally get in and try to click on a link it says default mail client is not properly installed aol nor dell have been able to help can anyone help me thanks.

in, ie, tools, internet options, programs, set your email client to outlook or whatever you use, or just put that address into your email to field.

its set to aol which it always has been i am confused as use to be able to view it and now i cant i use aol email and msn i can not get in to the website on aol or internet explorer.0

You could try reducing the mtu setting on the router to 1400, but it may not make any difference.

i can get in to the above site this is what dell went though with me i am new to a computer which does not help i have no idea what encrypted the router is or how to do it.0

no it will not let me in i have run various checks spy wear and macafee but still no joy0

if i do this can it effect our wireless connection, the reason i ask i had major problems getting it working and had to put a load of codes in. is there any reason why it could have stopped working.0

if you have put codes in, it may already be encrypted.
if you double click on your wireless network icon, does it say security enabled wireless network wpa?Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0
