NPower's Chief Executive?
Hi All
I would like to write to NPower to complain about their appalling customer service, and the various hassles they have been causing me. I'd like to go straight to the top and contact the company's boss. Does anyone have (or know where I can find) his/her name and contact details?
There's a thanks in it for any useful replies

I did exactly this when i had major problems, I addressed the letter to David Threlfall if i remember correctley. Two weeks later the head of customer services called me abd resolved the problem in one phone call. Something i had been trying to do with their 'customer services' for weeks.

I could give you various names from the npower website, but they all don't work at the office where your complaint would need to be handled, so I think your complaint may get lost.
I would write to the address on the top of your bill first, address it to "complaints department" - is there a team valley or sunderland address?
If you get no-where with that, complain to energywatch.Indecision is the key to flexibility0 -
Go to the Key People section:

Many thanks for all the useful replies. I hadn't realised NPower is now part of RWE npower.
Chilli_dog - from the links pin provides it looks like David Threlfall is the CEO of the NPower division, so I think I'll write to him also (although there are a few people above him in charge of the whole RWE Npower group).
There is a pdf file here that outlines the complaints procedure that npower would like people to follow.Midas.0
