Zonealarm security suite

I have installed zonealarm security suite in place of nortons.. The problem I have with it is that on some sites it will not open the page up fully.. Ebay it wont open fully and it is very slow to put things into my watch list..I thought to start with that it may of been ebay tho i have no problem on my laptop which I have got AVG and kerio.... It also struggles to open the wanadoo home page up fully... Have I got something turned off in the firewall or something as silly... I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling three times with no joy.. Please help....:o:confused:

Have you tried setting it to learning mode then visit the sites you can trust and once you have done this change it to stealth mode and it may run ok then

How do set it to learn mode? I'm not the sharpest when it comes to puters..

On the left hand side you should see "program control" move the slider down to learning mode, once your pc has learnt the programs you can set the security settings to the high level

In the "firewall" tab make sure you are set to stealth setting so no-one can see your PC while your online

This may sort it out

I just tried that slowen and still the same... when I try and open the ebay page the middle section is missing... and if I try and put an item into my ebay it just says at the bottom waiting for ebay and thats it...
