Viewer for .art images

Hi all,

I have some images in AOL .art format. Can anyone recommend a piece of free software for me:

Simple image viewer which can open .art
or
A batch converter to turn them into jpg's
or
An add-on for Microsoft Photo Manager

Thanks much.
BTW I know that I can view them in an old version of Internet Explorer, but that's a faff.

This question came up a few weeks ago.
I was able to view and convert .art files using old AOL software, but that's also a faff.:D
