  • is it a stall selling stuff? if so, i got my public liability insurance from the National Market Trader's Federation. http://www.nmtf.co.uk/. i sell stuff on a casual basis at several markets. most other companies were quoting stuff like £180+ just for public liability insurance, but the nmtf will provide cover for public liability, stock and myself, plus a years membership for only £72. this is more if its food, however.

  • that's good news, thanks:T . I was worried as I had heard £250 was a normal amount! we will be selling kites, skateboards, outdoor toys, that kind of thing. we are planning to do events like county shows, toy fairs, air shows and motoring events. we have just bagged a marquee from ebay for £40, it's a pop up one as well.:j
  • good luck :)
