The company is Homecall, though I'm not sure I would advise her to start impersonating him. I dont think she has access to the email account, even if she did, he is likely to have also, and if he picked up on this, then would do his worst to land her in it.Aha, so thats how you do a signature!0 -
In thier terms and conditions it states they will SUSPEND the service not terminate if payment isnt recieved... What this basically means is she wont have Broadband access but they wont remove it from her line so she cant sign up with another supplier.
However.. they also state they work closely with Ofcom so must be a member so just get her to go to https://www.OFCOM.co.uk and make a complaint and this should get the ball rolling.
If not they are also members of the ISPA so maybe complaining to them might help as well. http://www.ispa.org.uk/0
