They are working with Coinks so if you don't have an account you will need to register.

Help please:
They have called it a monthly draw so should this have gone in regulars? Just the T&Cs say end date 30/09.
If I've done this wrong and should make it a monthly/change the end date please let me know
You can register/enter codes until Aug 2011 but redeem freebies until Aug 2012 so if it's a monthly the end date could be either 2011 or 2012??

As usual, I have searched, but it still catches me out sometimes

How does it work?

Every time you buy a pack of McVitie's biscuits with the VIP Club logo, you'll also get a unique code which you can find near the 'Best Before' date, the codes start with UB. Once you've registered for the VIP Club you can start entering your codes. You'll get a certain number of points for each code, depending on the type and size of biscuits you have bought. You can then use those points to collect for great tea breaks treats, like electric kettles or McVitie's branded mugs and tins. You can also use your points to enter monthly prize draws to win great prizes.

Where can I find my code?

On specially marked Jaffa Cakes 12, 24 and 36 packs you'll find a code on each inner pack. On specially marked Penguin 18 & 27 and other multipacks of biscuits your codes can be found near the 'best before' date on the inner packs.

Why can I only enter 10 codes a day?

As a security measure, we limit entries to 10 codes a day. Once you've reached your limit you'll get a message telling you so, but you can add more codes again the next day.

Can I get some advice please, I entered my codes, it shows my VIP point but it would let me enter the draw, any ideas?

I had the exact same problem, e-mailed them (is there a contact linky on the website?) and they sorted it within a few hours. hth

I cant find the email addy on the site, please can you add it on here and I will email them. I appreciate your help

same here, went right to the bottom of the page and there is a contact us in white writting right at the bottom, i used the form on their to ask about it. just done it now, no reply as yet

Ive just joined and when i put the codes in it just says Checking code and does nothing esle.

Is anyone having that problem?

Also do you need to join Coinks as well or just the VIP Club?
