Medical insurance advice for expats?

I have just moved to the UAE and need to arrange PMI cover.
Thing is been a Brit, its all new to me.
I couldn't find any advice on the forum or the website specific to PMI for expats, Martin's PMI page offer a couple of links for getting comprehensive quotes - unfortunately these sites assume your resident in the UK...

Can anyone offer any advice and or recommendations?

There are a number of providers that offer international medical insurance: household names like AXA PPP and Bupa and lesser known companies like InterGlobal, William Russell and ALC Health.

Find a broker that specialises in international medical insurance and ask them for a whole-of-market review.
