Virgin Credit Card

Options
I have to say having applied for cards in the past it can take a while to even be given an answer.

I applied Sunday and got asked to call a free phone number monday.

I thought here we go I have been declined, spoke to a nice chap who asked me a few quick questions and advised he has approved me for a card and he told me my limit there and then.

It was great quick and polite service all within 24 hours and I now have my pin and card should be with me this week :)

  • I've got a Virgin credit card that I got over 2 years ago for the 0% offer to transfer a balance onto. I never used it, paid the minimum until the offer ran out and then transferred to another 0%. Nearly cancelled the card a couple of months ago but they said they'd drop the rate to 7.9% or something so I left it open.I still haven't used it and now they've written offering 0% on purchases until March 2007! I'm glad I didn't cancel it now and can do my Christmas shopping early!

I have little experience with credit cards, but have been impressed with the service from Virgin whenever I've spoken to them.

Just remember though, it may be all smiles and politeness when you sign up, but if you start missing payments they turn nasty pretty fast
