Tuition Fee and student finance

Options
My student finance breakdown that i got through the post is confusing me with the tuition fees.

It says:

Tuition fee amount: £1820 (I study in Scotland, that's why it is cheaper)
Tuition fee loan to be payed to your university: £0.00
Amount you need to pay your university: £1820

But then in a big box next to that is says:

The amount we will pay directly to your university college: £1820

But then on the next sheet it says "A grant for tuition fees of £1820 will be payed directly to the university"
I have never qualified for a grant before and I'm going into my 4th year. I am also quite sure tuition fee grants do not exist anymore. So I am confused as to whether my tuition fees are getting payed or not!
When I check my online account it says tuition fee loan: £0.00, and it doesn't mention anything about a grant.

I have tried calling up several times but I am getting nowhere, first they said I must not have sent the form, but then I pointed out that online it says it was received in April. I start back next week so really need to get this sorted!

Anyone else had a similar thing? Any suggestions?
