Advice required - paypal/ebay related

I ordered a watch from a website i found while looking for the cheapest price for a watch on froogle. I have paid for the item (on 21/09/2006)and have not heard anything form them since. I have started to think i will not be recieveing my watch.

i have been looking arround since i ordered and have found out the the site is not even indexed properly on google and is not well known.

the only reason i ordered form that shop in the first place is because i saw the guy who runs it has an ebay shop unfer the same name and banner. he has 100% positive feedback on ebay and i believed he could be trusted.

On the weekend I sent an email to the customer services email address asking for confirmation of the order and the delivery date but have not yet recieved and reply. I have also tried calling the phone number on the site but onone is pickingup the phone.

Is there anything i can do now to get my money back now? (i paid via the paypal checkout in the shop)

Or can anyone think of a way to get more details about the seller so i can try and contact him/her.

any help would be good.

Have you tried ringing the number on the web page? Unless you have other facts we don't have you are being a little hasty.

Thanks for your replys. I will wait a little longer and see what happens.

There are also a few things that makes me feel that this site is a little dodgy which i forgot to mention in the initial post.

The main one is on one ever picks up the phone when i am ringing, i have called 3 times now and the phone just keeps ringing.

Also some of the things on the site like the terms and conditions seem the to copied and pasted from somewhere else as i have seen them elsewhere.

if you have not heard from them
within a fortnight.
If you paid for this on paypal
then go onto the paypal site
and do a chargeback.You have
I think its up to 30 days or
45 days from making your payment.

That should wake them up
and get them emailing you
with some response.
